Program Description
The Cabinet Company's SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages to customers who have opted in. You may opt in by:
- Submitting a form on thecabinetco.co with the SMS-consent box ticked
- Texting our number (609-807-8928) directly
- Replying to our voicemail invitation to text
- Verbally agreeing during a recorded phone call with our staff (the call recording is retained as the record of your consent)
Messages are sent by The Cabinet Company via our communications provider (Twilio).
Message Types
Customers who opt in may receive:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Quote and invoice notifications
- Order status updates (production, shipping, delivery)
- Installation scheduling and confirmations
- Billing reminders
- Responses to inquiries you initiate by text
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate, explicit opt-in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive several messages a week during an active project and few or none between projects.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. The Cabinet Company does not charge you for messages; standard carrier rates from your wireless plan apply.
Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages from this program. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at sales@thecabinetco.co or 609-807-8928.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at thecabinetco.co/sms-terms.
